By accessing, registering on, or using the clubph platform (accessible at clubph.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the clubph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by clubph from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the clubph platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the clubph platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on clubph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the clubph platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account termination.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

clubph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the clubph platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. clubph uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

When registering a clubph account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clubph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. clubph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify clubph immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) where available to enhance account security.
• Do not access the clubph platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts.

clubph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

clubph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your clubph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.

All funds deposited into your clubph account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not commingled with clubph's operational funds. Your deposited funds are available for gaming and withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. clubph does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside clubph's control.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• clubph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• clubph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

clubph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all clubph bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the applicable period.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and other specified titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or spin applies. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

clubph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. clubph also reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or breach of these Terms.

All games available on the clubph platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a player's bet or the outcome of previous rounds.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published malfunction policy. clubph's decision on the resolution of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clubph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the clubph platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the clubph platform or any game. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to clubph immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the clubph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with clubph.
• Accessing the clubph platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your clubph account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward clubph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the clubph platform or its underlying technology.

clubph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming on clubph is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all clubph account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your clubph account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) without permanently closing it.

All content on the clubph platform, including but not limited to the clubph name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of clubph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the clubph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any clubph content without prior written permission from clubph.

Any unauthorized use of clubph's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clubph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the clubph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond clubph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any gaming losses incurred during your use of the clubph platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

clubph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your clubph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your clubph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

clubph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if clubph reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to clubph, other players, or third parties.

Upon termination of your account by clubph for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific circumstances of the termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The clubph platform operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through clubph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

clubph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, clubph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the clubph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
